**Where We Ship From**

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from Renfrew, Ontario, Canada.

**Order Processing**

All orders ship every Monday. If Monday falls on a public holiday, orders will ship on Tuesday instead. Orders placed by midnight Sunday will ship that Monday. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Domestic Shipping Only (Canada)

Under $75 CAD — $15.00 flat rate

$75 CAD and over — Free shipping

Wholesale Shipping Costs By Order Size 

Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after shipment.

**Slatmill Events & Appointments**

Treats and products ordered as part of a Slatmill event or appointment are delivered directly at your scheduled session — no shipping required. These orders carry a $0 shipping charge and will be ready for you at your appointment.

**Tracking Your Order**

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
